Gilly signs funding agreement

 

 

 

 

On Thursday 8 December, at 1.47 pm, Gilly signed the Funding Agreement, witnessed by John Gannon.

On Thursday, 14 December, we drew a bank cheque for $29,000 from the account that has held all the donations generous people and organisations have made in response to the BRAG Appeal over all these years, Gilly signed the contract for purchasing 43 Wallace street in the office of P Coffey who donated his services as BRAG’s solicitor, many many thanks! and handed over our deposit.

On 14 January, BRAG settled the purchase.

 

On 8 February, BRAG received the Certificate of Title and thus completed the purchase.
